Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Deepform, operated by Cosmoplex AI Pvt Ltd(“we”, “us”). By using Deepform you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. What Deepform is — and isn’t

Deepform is a wellness and focus tool that estimates eye-strain and attention signals from your camera, on your device. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Its scores are a beta, rules-based estimate and may be inaccurate. Nothing here is medical advice — consult a qualified professional for any health concern.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Deepform is not directed at children; if you are a minor, use it only with verifiable parental or guardian consent as required by law.

3. Your account

Accounts are optional and used to sync your data across your devices. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You can delete your account and data at any time from the Account page.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt to breach the service or its rate limits.
• Don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or use the service to build a competing product.
• For team/organisation use, only claim a domain you are authorised to represent, and use team features in line with applicable workplace and privacy laws.

5. Payments & add-ons

Core features are free. Paid add-ons (for example, extra device slots) are billed as described at the point of purchase. During our current beta we may accept payment via UPI and confirm it manually; this is a temporary arrangement and we will move to a standard payment gateway with tax-compliant invoicing. Prices may change with notice. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable; contact us for any billing issue and we’ll act reasonably.

6. Privacy

Your camera is processed on your device; no video is stored or transmitted. What we store, and your rights over it, are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Deepform, its software, and content are owned by Cosmoplex AI Pvt Ltd. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service. Your own data remains yours.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of any score or measurement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmoplex AI Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Deepform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or to protect the service or its users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered office’s jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
